What I Do

I work in organisations of all sizes helping leaders to look at themselves and their businesses, to raise performance. My involvement in structuring conversations, meetings and interventions helps teams and individuals to see and make the change they need. I describe my work as being in the gap between strategy and behaviour, two key issues in any organisation. We need to look upwards and outwards to get clear sense of direction and shape for the future. A clear plan, well thought through and articulated well builds momentum. A good plan with workable inititaives is a valuable tool in all businesses.

Alongside this, we may need to change behaviour, to look at how our stlye is impacting on ourselves, on others and ultimately on results. The leaders I work with are strong powerful people who drive forward. However an approach which has worked in the past may be sabotaging success now. So, I partner with you on the journey of changing, to broaden your skill bank and the skills of other key influnecers in your business.

Combine together a good plan and good leadership and the model is powerful. Create this into a story which is easliy and clearly communicated outwards and amazing things start to happen. Responsibility and initiative is shared across levels and departments and rapid progress is made.
